A new exhibit at the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum in Springfield, IL entitled "The State of Sound: A World of Music From Illinois" will include SHOES and display a custom guitar made for the band by Hamer Guitars in 1979. Hamer was a custom guitar builder located in Wheeling, IL.  The exhibit will run from April 30, 2021 through January 23, 2022.  The exhibit will feature artifacts and mementos from a large range of musical genres.
