Could've been on Present Tense, but John wanted to separate it from "Your Very Eyes" so it got bumped to the next album. This is a rare, bare-bones version made before the rest of the band got involved. He got tickled by something he had seen on TV the night before and loses it as the tape began rolling. Note the different lyrics.
