Picture sleeve to the single that never got released, even though it had already been manufactured, in early 1981. "Karen" became the single choice after a radio programer declared it was a "Top 40 smash" and "She Satisfies" became the flip side. The vinyl was destroyed before the ill-fated single could be obtained by the band, but these sleeves survived.
